Rabens Atelier brings that amazing Eastern ambience right into your home.

Somehow, it’s been waiting to happen. Ever since the first rugs and lamps squeezed into the corner of a container, fashion buyers have found our showrooms more or less distracting.

We do come across at lot of stuff on our travels that would look fabulous at home, but until now it just hasn’t been our game. Instead of resigning because we couldn’t possibly bring it home on the plane, we’ve decided to go in full-scale and open Rabens Atelier – our very own Asian inspired home décor and furniture store.

The virtual atelier

Someday very soon, www.rabensatelier.com will open for business with an oriental blend of rugs, pottery, wickerwork, cabinets, cushions, tableware, canisters, lanterns, and whatnot. A line of handsome bedspreads and linens is on its way, too.

It goes without saying that everything will be produced with the same gentle respect for nature and indigenous skills that is the trademark of all our activities.

Meanwhile, we are looking for a location spacious enough to include larger items such as coffee tables, wardrobe cabinets, garden furniture, artefacts, and one-offs, either too large or too precious to handle by mail.
